This Friday, May 13, 2011 is the 4th Annual Payton Wright Foundation Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club, with a banquet following at The Lake Club. Whether you love to golf and would like to try out the King's Dune and Cypress Link courses, or prefer to relax at the banquet only, I hope that you will join in this fantastic event! I will be at the banquet (I'll be the one climbing on things to get the best vantage point!) so please say hi if you see me there! I have also donated one of our new Boutique Collection portrait sessions to the live auction taking place at the banquet, and am looking forward to photographing the winner!
It doesn't seem possible that it's been nearly four years since Payton left us. I am honored to have had the opportunity to photograph Payton and her family twice, and to have been allowed to document her memorial ceremony.
